Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Finnish-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product support, and issue resolution.
• Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately in the system.
• Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions to enhance their experience.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve set performance targets.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
