Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality IT support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and support requests in our ticketing system.
- Provide guidance to users on software functionality and troubleshooting practices.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate issues that require advanced resolutions.
- Keep updated on product knowledge and the latest technology trends to enhance support services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Experience in IT support, technical assistance, or customer service roles is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts.
- Proficient in diagnosing software and hardware issues; familiarity with support tools is advantageous.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a remote environment.
