Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch, providing solutions and support.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting, account management, and service-related questions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve client satisfaction.
- Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
- Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Stay updated on product offerings and changes to provide accurate information to clients.
- Participate in training and professional development activities to improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
- Previous experience in client support, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on active listening and empathy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
