UX & UI Designer

Job Description

Are you a skilled UX/UI Designer with a passion for creating intuitive, user-centered designs? We’re looking for a Senior Designer to join our team and drive the design efforts for modernizing and enhancing complex applications. Key responsibilities:

• Contribute to the UX/UI design efforts for application modernization projects, with a primary focus on UI design.
• Create and manage a scalable components library using Figma.
• Develop user-centric solutions, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Define and maintain a design system aligned with client principles and branding.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to balance user needs with business goals.
• Work alongside developers to ensure design consistency and adherence to style guidelines.
• Facilitate workshops, user research, and feedback sessions to gather insights and refine designs.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles, continuously iterating based on feedback.
• Utilize tools like Jira, GitLab, and Storybook to integrate design seamlessly into the development workflow.
• Maintain a proactive and autonomous work ethic, effectively managing tasks and priorities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful user-centered solutions.
• Expertise in Figma, including managing components libraries and collaborating with development teams.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and familiarity with GitLab and Storybook.
• Previous experience with Material-UI (MUI) components is a significant advantage.
• Solid graphic design skills to complement UI work.
• Strong self-management, autonomy, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working on highly technical projects with simple, elegant design solutions.
• Ability to balance creative vision with technical feasibility and business requirements.
