About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of visual storytelling and mandatory expertise as a Social Media Specialist, allowing them to create captivating content that resonates with our target audience

You will be responsible for developing eye-catching graphics, videos, and other multimedia content to enhance our brand's online presence. Additionally, you will manage our social media channels as a core part of this role, crafting engaging posts and campaigns that drive audience interaction and growth. You will collaborate with our marketing and content teams to ensure that all designs align with our brand identity and marketing goals.

What You'll do:

  • Create engaging digital assets, including social media graphics, ads, infographics, presentations, and web visuals.
  • Support the development of brand identity materials (logos, templates, style guides).
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce high-quality visual campaigns.
  • Plan, create, and schedule social media content across platforms as a key responsibility.
  • Manage daily posting, community engagement, and brand interactions on social media.
  • Monitor trends and analytics to improve content performance.
  • Contribute to social media strategy and campaigns aligned with brand goals.
  • Track and report key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Experiment with creative formats (Reels, Stories, carousels, UGC) to boost engagement.

What You'll bring:

  • > 4 years of experience in graphic design AND social media management or digital marketing, with proven Social Media Specialist expertise.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Strong visual storytelling and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
