Job Summary:
As a Sr Principal Software Engineer, you will spearhead projects that implement microservices architecture using .NET Core and Azure Services. Your role involves overseeing the technical direction of projects, ensuring that the team meets quality and productivity standards. You will also engage in hands-on coding, architecture development, and mentoring of junior engineers while acting as a critical liaison between business analysts and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison to ensure requirement understanding.
- Produce and execute unit test cases, maintain coding standards.
- Generate supporting technical documentation.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, budget, and schedule standards.
- Produce technical specifications and guide team improvement.
- Suggest process improvements and derive better project estimates.
- Develop proof-of-concepts for new or complex solutions.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with microservices architecture, .NET Core, and Azure Services.
- Hands-on with Azure services and event-based implementations.
- Deep understanding of building and deploying APIs using .NET Core 6-8.
- Expertise in C#, SQL Server database design, and optimization.
- Proficient with Entity Framework Core, RESTful services, and API security.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of relevant work experience, including 2-3 years at a senior level (preferred).
- Certifications: Azure Development and appropriate SAFe certifications (preferred).

Salary Range
$182,085 - $245,815 USD
