Join Gridlines, a dynamic and ambitious financial modelling consultancy revolutionising how businesses make critical decisions. We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our digital presence and lead generation initiatives.

As part of our close-knit marketing team, you'll shape and execute strategies that directly impact our growth, working alongside our Marketing Director to deliver campaigns that resonate with financial decision-makers globally.

Key responsibilities

Strategic planning & execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies with the Marketing Director
  • Drive growth through integrated campaigns across paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and social media
  • Optimise lead nurture processes and conversion rates with sales teams
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Implement and maintain SEO best practices
  • Create and execute LinkedIn-focused B2B social media strategies

Digital marketing & communication

  • Develop, manage and optimise HubSpot CRM and marketing platform
  • Create and manage HubSpot email campaigns, landing pages, and forms
  • Maintain mailing list data quality and segmentation within HubSpot
  • Create compelling, conversion-focused copy across all channels
  • Maintain and grow LinkedIn presence
  • Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google and LinkedIn ads
  • Monitor and improve SEO rankings and organic traffic
  • Ensure all communications are accurate, compelling, and compliant with brand standards
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies for cohesive messaging
  • Graphic design skills are a distinct advantage

Technical skills

  • HubSpot expertise required: demonstrable experience in implementing Hubspot CRM and marketing platform, automation, email campaigns, and lead scoring
  • Proven track record in managing successful Google and LinkedIn PPC campaigns
  • Strong working knowledge of WordPress and GA4
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush/Ahrefs) preferred
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices

Analytics and performance

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on paid and organic campaign performance
  • Track and optimise PPC campaign ROI
  • Monitor SEO metrics and search rankings
  • Analyse social media engagement and conversion rates
  • Provide ongoing evaluation of campaigns and recommendations for improvements. 

Requirements

Experience and education

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or CIM Level 6 equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience in finance or legal industry marketing
