The airSlate Strategy department leads monetization and product-led growth strategies and analytics across airSlate's product suite. This includes owning the pricing strategy, the product-qualified leads upsell strategy, and key strategic monetization and go-to-market initiatives. The department also aims to provide product, marketing, and executive teams with useful insights, segmentation, user behavior, and North Star metrics to improve the performance and effectiveness of teams across the company.

What you'll be working on:
Take full ownership of end-to-end product analysis – from defining hypotheses and setting up metrics to delivering clear recommendations that shape product decisions.
Build analytical models and frameworks – apply statistical, machine learning, or AI methods to understand user behavior, forecast product outcomes, and identify growth opportunities.
Transform data into product and business impact – translate findings into actionable insights that guide roadmap priorities, feature adoption, and user experience improvements.
Safeguard data quality and product metrics – ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of KPIs used in product dashboards, experiments, and reporting.
Continuously enhance analytics practice – explore new tools, datasets, and methodologies to strengthen product insights and improve decision-making efficiency.
What we expect from you:
At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or Data Scientist
Strong proficiency Python and SQL skills
Solid knowledge and practical experience in ML (including neural networks, GenAI, LLMs)
Understanding of Marketing data structures, experince with Google Analytics, Google Ads is a big plus
Experience with Redshift and AWS Airflow is a plus
Familiarity with BI systems (Amazon QuickSight is a plus)
Experience with SaaSproducts and understanding of key business metrics such as LTV, conversion rate, churn rate etc
Strong foundation in applied statistics (experience with A/B tests is a big plus)
Proven track record of delivering results and taking projects from concept to completion
Deep understanding of SaaS business models and data-driven growth strategies
