What You’ll Do:
Own end-to-end email campaign execution - including planning, setup, testing, deployment, and performance reporting.
Segment contact lists based on behaviors, preferences, and lifecycle stages to run targeted outreach sequences and outbound LinkedIn/Meta campaigns.
Ensure all campaigns adhere to best practices, privacy regulations, and deliverability standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
Optimize campaigns for improved deliverability, open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and pipeline impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, sales, and marketing teams to craft compelling, on-brand messaging and creative assets.
Analyze campaign data, prepare detailed reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
Stay current with email marketing trends, automation tools, and best practices.
Develop and execute A/B tests to continuously improve subject lines, content, and CTAs.
Work with channel leads to integrate email and CRM initiatives with broader marketing campaigns for a cohesive customer journey.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, covering both inbound and outbound strategies - ideally in a B2B SaaS or digital marketing environment.
Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM tools, as well as enrichment and sequencing platforms.
Strong knowledge of marketing automation, segmentation, personalization, lead nurturing, and funnel optimization.
Analytical mindset — ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong project management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and deadlines.
Experience collaborating across teams to align campaigns with broader marketing and sales initiatives.
