Job Description

Laita Labs is the main development team behind ParaSwap, a leading DeFi exchange and middleware with +90 Billion dollars in volume. In addition to building the smart contract protocols, Laita Labs is also responsible for its Web3 API, used by many of the leading protocols in the space.

As one of the most established protocols in space, ParaSwap has a global community composed of users with different experiences interacting with Web3. From newcomers to the space to advanced smart contract developers, being part of the ParaSwap community places you at the heart of DeFi.

The Position

To sustain our growth, we are looking for our head of marketing to help us reach new highs! This role comes with leadership, full autonomy, and freedom to innovate in a fast-growing space.

Requirements

Leadership:

• Establish a collaborative, results-oriented, and data-driven marketing department.
• Manage all aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, metrics, and reporting.
• Management of all marketing operations.
• Design, plan and implement the marketing campaigns
• Build and scale a team of marketers.

Brand Strategy:

• Elevate and differentiate the brand, creating a compelling strategy and market messages.
• Own positioning, messaging, branding, segmentation, and marketing strategy.

Product Marketing:

• Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives
• Participate in future product development strategy.
• Fine-tune both the corporate and product story.
• Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels

• Strong team player, motivates and support team, able to collaborate cross-functional/ markets
• Excellent relationship-building and engagement with people from all different backgrounds, roles, and levels
• Lateral thinker & problem solver. Agile and not against change. Innovative and proactive to drive initiatives.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to promptly establish priorities and actionable insights
• Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure, and be flexible to liaise effectively with the various business units, supporting units, and groups of people and issues
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization from external vendors to senior leadership
