As a Business Development Manager reporting to the Head of Sales, your purpose will be to seek clients from enterprise beauty and non-beauty sectors, maintain the current portfolio of enterprise clients, actively sell and promote new programs such as Benefit Booksy and e-commerce, engage in building sales and post-sales processes within the enterprise area, and expand and develop the Booksy API from a business perspective.

Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

  • Min. of 2 years of experience managing sales projects in the B2B sector.
  • Experience in business development and sales activities (e.g., sales of HR benefits, digital solutions, e-commerce, marketplace, SaaS).
  • Experience working on cross-departmental projects.
  • Strong ability to analyze client requirements and needs and excellent presentation skills.
  • At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills. Why? English is our company language and is used for any business-wide communications, so we need you to be able to speak English to feel like an integrated part of Booksy.
