A fast-growing DTC brand operating with a hybrid direct-to-consumer and subscription model, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through world-class operations, efficient supply chain management, and highly accurate inventory planning.
We are seeking an Operations Manager with deep e-commerce expertise to oversee inventory, forecasting, production planning, and multi-warehouse coordination across all channels. You will ensure the company never runs out of stock, maintains full operational visibility, and scales efficiently without tying up excess working capital in inventory.
The ideal candidate has strong experience managing DTC operations—especially subscription-based brands—and understands how to balance predictable recurring demand with the challenges of rapid growth.
