The Role

We are seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to support our Customer Success operations. In this role, you will manage and triage Slack communications between clients, executives, and internal teams, oversee all messages, maintain quality control of communications, and draft or edit messages as needed to ensure clarity, professionalism, and timeliness, upholding our brand standards and maintaining strong client satisfaction.

This position requires exceptional English communication, strong logical thinking, keen situational awareness, and the ability to work with speed, discretion, and precision.

This is a full-time, remote role.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage, triage, and proofread and refine messages on Slack, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and clarity before sending to clients.
  • Act as a communication bridge between executives, clients, and internal departments.
  • Ensure follow-ups are completed promptly and nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Draft, polish, and send messages on behalf of CS leadership when needed.
  • Organize tasks, reminders, and action items for relevant teams.
  • Escalate urgent client concerns to the appropriate owner.
  • Maintain communication standards, tone guidelines, and best practices.
  • Support ad hoc administrative tasks and Customer Success projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Executive Assistant supporting High growth tech environments.
  • High proficiency in Slack and modern team collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written English with polished, executive-level communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a proactive, self-directed work style.
  • Ability to operate with discretion, accuracy, and high responsiveness.
  • Experience in Customer Success, client-facing communication, or operations is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced tech, SaaS, or AI environments is beneficial.
