Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping Eastern and Central Time zones.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Up to $1,600 per month, based on experience.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 9 AM – 5 PM EST and CST.

Locations: Remote, open to candidates in the Philippines and LATAM.

Role Overview

As a Sales Project Manager, you’ll drive sales within the US-tech market while also supporting various operational and project-based initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and will play a key role in the implementation of new initiatives and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, cold calling, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
  • Focus on generating and closing opportunities within the US-tech market.

Project Management

  • Oversee the implementation and iteration of new initiatives and SOPs.
  • Manage various operational tasks, including responsibility for the 24/7 chat feature and ensuring its smooth operation.

Immediate Tasks

  • Participate in introductory meetings with key stakeholders to establish relationships and align on priorities.
  • Begin prospecting new clients, with an emphasis on the US-tech and Latin American (LatAm) markets.
  • Take over management of ongoing projects, including overseeing the chat feature and identifying areas for operational improvement.
  • Execute cold calls and emails to engage potential clients.
  • Join an initial sales call to align on goals and build rapport.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in the US-tech market, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Atlas, Slack, and HubSpot.
  • Experience selling to law or property management firms is highly advantageous.
  • Adaptable to dynamic work environments, eager to grow, and open to feedback.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks to achieve results, especially in commission-based environments.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
