The Cloud Engineer (AWS & DevOps) is responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, secure, and automated cloud infrastructures within Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments. The role emphasizes Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, containerization with Docker, container orchestration with Kubernetes, and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices leveraging Git and Helm.
This position requires strong troubleshooting abilities across compute, storage, and network layers, as well as collaboration with internal and client technical teams to ensure optimal cloud performance, reliability, and compliance in enterprise and Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure Design & Management
· Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
· Build and maintain cloud environments using Terraform for Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) provisioning and automation.
· Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS preferred) for containerized workloads.
· Develop and manage Docker container images and registries for application deployment.
· Manage application packaging and deployment using Helm charts.
· Collaborate with developers to streamline CI/CD pipelines using Git-based workflows and automation tools.
