We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to help drive the growth of our professional services & Microsoft solutions business. The ideal candidate will understand how to build strategies to penetrate, expand & protect existing accounts. While the primary selling activity is key account management, some new logo acquisition activity is also required.

Requirements

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a set of key accounts by building account plans that result in revenue growth, deeper partnerships and overall account success.
  • Managing inbound leads, partner leads & self-generated leads to drive new logo acquisition growth.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities for our professional services and full suite of Microsoft solution offerings.
  • Work closely with our Engineering, Project Management and Pre-Sales teams to uncover &document the business, project needs and delivery requirements of customers.
  • Manage all customer engagement, solutions definition, bid negotiation, pricing and closure activity.
  • Proactively engage with our technology partners to build on existing business and identify new upsell, cross sell and net new business opportunities.
  • Be fully accountable for sales pipeline build, sales process adherence, opportunity qualification and ultimately accurate sales forecasting.

Experience & competencies include:

  • Demonstrable quota overachievement in similar sales role
  • Experience selling professionals services and Microsoft Data & AI suite of solutions preferable
  • Excellent strategic, problem solving, verbal, written communication & presentation skills
  • Competent operating at C level in mid- large organisations
  • Competent uncovering the unidentified, underlying, and long-term client needs.
  • University degree or equivalent experience
