We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative who will be responsible for introducing and educating clients on the permanent benefits they are entitled to through labor unions, credit unions, and/or associations. This role requires a candidate who is people-focused, service-oriented, and confident in building long-lasting professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct presentations with clients virtually and in group settings
- Develop rapport with new clients and follow up to strengthen connections
- Explain permanent benefits with clarity and empathy
- Ensure documentation and client updates are completed accurately & on time
- Support team members in reaching shared goals and performance standards
Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in customer service, sales, or team collaboration preferred
- Proficient in using Zoom, completing forms with accuracy, and ensuring timely documentation
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
