About the navigation care team: Healthcare navigation today is broken. Members are lost in a maze of benefits, call centers, and portals. Employers pay twice, first to navigation vendors, then again for the care itself while members still struggle to find the right path. Legacy vendors are human-heavy, expensive, and slow. At Sword, we’re reimagining this from the ground up. Navigation Care is our AI Front Door: an always-available, AI-native assistant that connects members instantly to the best care option. This isn’t incremental. It’s transformative.
What you’ll do:
Own the Navigation Care product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
Drive the 0→1 journey: from early prototypes to scaled product, always with speed and focus.
Use AI as the foundation, not an add-on to reinvent how members access care.
Partner with design, engineering, and clinical leaders to deliver simple, elegant solutions that feel like a personal healthcare assistant.
Define success through outcomes: enrollment growth, activation, retention, cost savings, client ROI, and member satisfaction.
Ship fast, experiment constantly, and learn quickly, proving impact every step of the way.
Lay the groundwork for a Navigation team that can scale, with the potential to grow into a Group PM or Head of Navigation role.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven expertise: 8+ years in product management with a strong track record of building and scaling products, ideally with 0→1 experience in high-growth environments.
Outcome orientation: Relentless focus on results, with fluency in KPIs like activation, enrollment, cost savings, and retention.
AI fluency: Practical understanding of how AI products are built and how they replace human-heavy workflows.
Bias for action: Thrives in ambiguity, makes decisions fast, and validates assumptions early.
Strategic leadership: Ability to act like a mini-CEO, setting vision, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution end-to-end.
Product craft: Mastery of discovery, lean development, and simplifying complex problems into intuitive experiences.
Collaboration & influence: Strong communication skills to rally engineering, design, growth, and clinical teams around shared goals.
