About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to serve as the primary executor and partner for the Vice President of Marketing. This role will be critical in translating high-level marketing strategies into actionable plans and delivering impactful campaigns that drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager, creative thinker, and seasoned marketer with a track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment.
- Strategic Execution:
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing to understand and implement strategic marketing initiatives.
- Translate high-level marketing goals into detailed, actionable plans with clear deliverables and timelines.
- Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, content, events, and brand marketing.
- Campaign Management:
- Develop, manage, and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and KPIs.
- Oversee campaign workflows, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, agencies, and other external partners.
- Liaise between the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment on key initiatives.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Present campaign results and recommendations to the VP of Marketing and leadership team.
- Maintain dashboards and trackers to ensure transparency and accountability across marketing efforts.
- Project Management:
- Manage complex marketing projects, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deliverables meet high standards.
- Prioritize and allocate resources effectively, balancing short-term needs with long-term objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
What we are looking for:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in campaign execution and project management.
- Proven success in managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Technical Proficiency
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Familiarity with design and content tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Leadership Qualities
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute at a tactical level.
- Adept at working collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
