QA Engineer | Blockchain

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented tester to join our team at Protofire. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Web3 and blockchain technologies, possess strong manual testing skills and some automated testing experience, and be proficient in English communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive manual testing of Web3 and blockchain applications.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, collaborating closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate effectively with international clients, providing clear and concise updates on testing progress and findings.
• Utilise best practices in manual testing to ensure thorough coverage and reliable results.
• Demonstrate curiosity and an ability to foresee and test alternative scenarios to identify potential issues before they arise.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of QA experience.
• Basic knowledge of Web3 and blockchain technologies.
• Proficiency in manual testing with a solid understanding of best practices and organization.
• Automated testing experience.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with global clients.
• A keen eye for detail, with the ability to foresee and cover alternative scenarios.
