What this role is about:
RapidSOS’s Summer Internship program is a full-time, fully immersive internship program designed to complement your education with real-world experience. This program will allow you to take on projects at a rapidly growing start-up, working closely and cross-functionally with leaders throughout the company. This is an amazing opportunity to not only join a rising and dynamic startup but also make a measurable impact.
As an intern on the Customer Success team, you will contribute to key projects that enhance client engagement and optimize tools and systems. As part of our fast-paced and dynamic team, you'll gain hands-on experience tackling meaningful projects, from creating dashboards and optimizing systems to shadowing Customer Success Managers on client-facing engagements. With mentorship, you’ll take ownership of impactful projects, sharpen your technical and interpersonal skills, and support RapidSOS’s mission to revolutionize emergency response. Starting pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include experience, relevant skills, training, education, location, business needs, or market demands. The salary range for this role is $800 per week.
