Customer Onboarding Specialist: Take ownership of new customers, assist with account setup, and provide hands-on training to ensure smooth onboarding. Use a consultative approach to drive product adoption, gather feedback, and identify upsell opportunities!
Payments Collection Specialist: Manage customer retention, handle billing and collections, and resolve payment issues with a personalized touch. Use your negotiation skills to retain customers, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure smooth account upgrades - all while maintaining strong, positive relationships.
