About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, NLU & Agentic AI to design, build, and optimize machine learning models that power our AI-driven talent marketplace. You'll focus on natural language understanding (NLU) and agent-based AI systems to create smart, responsive, and human-centric tools.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy scalable NLU models and conversational AI systems.
• Develop agentic AI solutions for decision-making workflows.
• Optimize ML models for accuracy, speed, and scalability.
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions.
• Stay updated on AI trends and incorporate best practices.

What You Can Do:

• Proficiency in building and deploying NLU and agentic AI systems.
• Expertise in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or HuggingFace.
• Ability to develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for production.
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and optimization techniques.
• Experience with deploying AI models in production environments using cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Demonstrated success in solving real-world AI/ML challenges with measurable outcomes.

Salary:

• $130,000 - $165,000
