JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our marketing materials, with a primary focus on email campaigns and one-pagers highlighting our partnerships and offerings. This position offers the opportunity to elevate our visual identity and contribute to the growth and success of our marketing efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design visually appealing and engaging email templates for marketing campaigns.
- Create impactful one-pagers and flyers to showcase our partnerships and energy solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual designs that align with our brand identity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve our materials.
- Assist in other design projects as needed, including social media graphics and website assets.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, concepts, and strategies for various campaigns and projects.
- Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Adapt existing design assets and templates to create cohesive visual materials across different platforms and mediums.
- Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information to inform design decisions and effectively communicate key messages.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets, making them easily accessible for future use and reference.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective designs across various mediums.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work on time.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with email design and familiarity with email marketing platforms is a plus.
