Graphic Design Specialist

Job Description

Remote VA PH is seeking a dynamic and innovative Graphic Design Specialist to lead and manage our client's product branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to craft compelling brand stories that resonate with target audiences. This role involves collaboration across multiple teams to ensure consistent and effective brand representation across all channels.

Schedule: Start part time then will shift to full time - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST

Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:

• Design and implement product branding strategies that align with company goals and market positioning.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and materials.

Market Research:

• Conduct in-depth competitive analysis and market research to identify target audiences and uncover new market opportunities.
• Gather and analyze consumer insights to inform and enhance brand positioning and strategies.

Creative Direction:

• Develop and oversee the creation of product logos, taglines, packaging designs, and other brand assets in collaboration with design teams.
• Ensure all branding materials adhere to the company’s overarching brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.

Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and oversee branding campaigns, including product launches and rebranding initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet and exceed KPIs.

Content Creation:

• Craft compelling brand stories, product descriptions, and messaging for advertising, packaging, and digital platforms.
• Manage the creation of branded content for social media, websites, and other marketing channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience in brand management, graphic design, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and branding best practices.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools and creative direction is a plus.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
