What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an exceptional Operations & Project Management Specialist to streamline our processes, tackle operational challenges, and bring structure to our ambitious growth plans. If you’re excited to handle complex projects, refine systems, and figure out creative solutions on the fly, this might be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Project Management: Take ownership of initiatives from start to finish—coordinating teams, ensuring deadlines, and delivering top-quality results.
• Process & SOP Creation: Develop and refine standard operating procedures that maintain efficiency and quality as we scale.
• Technical Implementation: Dive into WordPress, connect APIs, use Zapier, implement tracking pixels, and run scripts. If you haven’t done it before, you’ll figure it out.
• Continuous Improvement: Keep refining systems, seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency, automate tasks, and stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements

Who You Are:

• Organized & Detail-Oriented: You thrive on efficiency and accuracy, leaving no loose ends untied.
• Technically Adept: Comfortable working with WordPress, APIs, Zapier, scripts, and various online tools.
• Marketing-Savvy: You have some marketing knowledge or experience, enabling you to support related tasks effectively.
• Resourceful Problem-Solver: You embrace challenges, research solutions, and implement them quickly.
• Excellent Communicator: Strong English skills (written and spoken) are essential. You communicate clearly and collaborate effortlessly.
• Independent & Reliable: Able to work full-time, handle multiple responsibilities, and address occasional urgent tasks over the weekend (1-2 hours if needed).

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management or operations.
• Familiarity with essential online tools (ChatGPT, Sheets, Excel, Notion, Slack, Zapier…) and knowledge of integrating various platforms.
• Reliable internet, a dependable computer, and a strong commitment to excellence.

Benefits

Working Hours & Compensation:

• Hours: Full-time (40-50 hours/week), fixed schedule.
• Salary: $2,000 - $3,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
