Job Description
As a Digital Project Manager at Outspoken Media, you will play a critical role in managing projects, tasks, and internal team workflows. You will ensure that projects stay on track, team members have the resources they need, and priorities are effectively communicated and organized. This position focuses on technical project management, ensuring smooth operations of organic marketing campaigns while supporting technical and organizational needs.

Apply if you are passionate about project management, technical problem-solving, and team coordination—even if you don’t meet 100% of the listed requirements. If you excel at organizing tasks digitally, simplifying complex workflows, finding solutions to challenges, and facilitating team success, this role could be a great fit for you. Success in our agency requires a mix of hard and soft skills, and we’re looking for someone eager to contribute to a collaborative, communicative, and highly effective team.
This position is remote.

- Your supervisor = Client Services Manager
- Your day = ~9 am EST start; daily team stand-ups; a mix of deep work, internal meetings, and client calls (manage your work blocks to maintain uninterrupted time, but anticipate daily triage and shifting priorities); wrap up 5-6 pm EST based on team needs.
