You will be involved in every layer, from initial concepting and requirements gathering, through development, testing, and launch. This role demands a deep blend of strategic thinking, meticulous planning, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the full product lifecycle—concept, design, prototyping, tooling, testing, and mass production—ensuring that the proper infrastructure, processes, and team structures are in place from day one.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, marketing, sales, support) to anticipate future challenges before they arise, and ensure we’re poised to scale seamlessly.
• Maintain a strong pulse on user feedback, market trends, and competitive landscapes to continuously refine product features, quality, and positioning.
• Uphold core principles and values, ensuring that product growth never compromises the brand’s foundational quality and standards.
• Prepare thoughtful documentation and internal explanations, particularly for complex decisions that might seem like “overkill” today but will pay dividends as we grow.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Prior proven experience in product development within Anker (required).
• A robust understanding of consumer electronics, supply chain intricacies, and global manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the patience and foresight to do “hard things” now for an easier future.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing track of the core vision and principles
