Job Description

At CoApp, we’re building technology that empowers optical retailers and other businesses to operate smarter. Our platform integrates seamlessly with legacy systems, preventing costly mistakes, boosting efficiency, and improving service. With a flexible browser extension and web-based rules engine, CoApp makes it possible for businesses to unlock their full potential without disrupting existing systems.

Why Join Us?
If you thrive in an environment where you can make an impact, embrace challenges, and live your values, CoApp is the place for you. Here are a few reasons to be excited about joining our team:

  • Well-Funded and Secure: CoApp is a spin-off from Dr. Tavel, a profitable family-owned business with over 80 years of success. We have millions in committed funding and years of runway, ensuring long-term stability.
  • Built for Real-World Impact: We’re not just building for the future; we’re testing our product with Dr. Tavel as a beta customer and onboarding our first external customer with over 50 locations.
  • Cutting-Edge Technology: At CoApp, you’ll work with innovative tools like confidential computing and AWS Nitro Enclaves, providing privacy-enhancing solutions that give our customers a competitive edge.
  • Work-Life Flexibility: We are fully remote, with occasional team gatherings throughout the year. We trust you to manage your schedule, with only a few core hours where availability is needed. Even your manager, Jackie (Head of Engineering), enjoys flexibility—taking Tuesdays and Thursdays off for rock climbing and working other times as it fits her life.

If these values align with how you want to work, CoApp might be the right fit for you.
