Job Description
Lead the testing team ensuring the quality of Jeeves’s products.
Drive industry best practices for manual testing, test automation, test execution and test management to achieve high product quality
Identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve product quality through tools and processes.
Coordinate with Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with product roadmap delivery schedules.
Collaborate with leadership to define and implement objectives and key results for the product quality team
Requirements
4+ years of software development testing experience.
Strong understanding on various QA Tools, frameworks, and technologies.
Test automation experience with test frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright or equivalent
Experience with testing SaaS applications
Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to navigate communication with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently
