Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a crucial link between our Marketing and Sales departments, responsible for generating new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification: Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as viable sales opportunities.

Client Outreach: Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media referrals.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

Needs Assessment: Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products or services to meet those needs.

Sales Support: Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers.

Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in CRM software.

Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field a nice to have but not required.

Experience:

Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Skills:

- Proficiency in CRM software

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.

- Familiarity with MS Excel for analyzing sales data.

- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiar with and experience using VOIP/UCaaS Desktop Phones like RingCentral, Skyswitch, Zoom Phone, Dialpad, etc.
