As a Strategic Accounts Lead at d’Local (DLO), you will manage a portfolio of our most prominent global enterprise merchants, identify new business opportunities, and build lasting partnerships. You will understand the unique needs of a merchant and provide them with expert payments guidance to help them grow. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, while also leading and developing a high-performing team to support business objectives.
What will you be doing?
Build deep, trusting, long-term relationships with decision makers and executives on our most strategic accounts by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Design and implement bespoke commercial portfolio strategies that align with dLocal's (DLO) vision and merchants’ needs.
Passionate about leading strategic payments conversations, presenting business reviews, and coordinating high-level technical discussions
Additional Requirements
You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a client-facing, commercial role, such as account management, consulting, or working in the payments industry, with a strong background in complex enterprise sales cycles.
