Job Role: Graphic Designer

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM (AU Time Zone)

Salary: 1,000 - 1,300 AUD / monthly

Contract: Independent Contractor

Role Overview:

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of a company that values transparency, compassion, and personalized support. Your work will help communicate the brand’s message and services to families during one of life’s most challenging times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually compelling materials for digital and print media, including social media content, brochures, website assets, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to develop visuals that communicate the company’s mission and values effectively.
  • Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity, ensuring all designs resonate with diverse family needs and emotional moments.
  • Create informative and empathetic visuals that guide families through the company’s services and processes.
  • Support the production of personalized service materials for families, reflecting the unique nature of each farewell.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on time.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio of work in digital and print design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
  • Empathy and sensitivity to design visuals that reflect the emotional needs of families.
