Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding IT support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat from a remote location.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues quickly and effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with various teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems as necessary.
- Guide clients on the effective use of our IT products and services.
- Assist in creating and updating support documentation in German.
- Perform follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction after resolving their issues.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
- Experience in IT support or a customer service role is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with IT support systems, ticketing software, and remote assistance tools.
- A self-motivated team player capable of working effectively in a remote environment.
