Job Description
We are seeking a highly-skilled, experienced, and proactive business development rep to join our team. A successful candidate will have successful experience conducting outreach and sales efforts to the USA and other Wester, English-speaking markets. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in this area.

You will work within a growing sales team and will be

  • Learning our sales methodologies and process
  • Understanding our business offering and the needs of our customers
  • Conducting cold outreach via email, SMS, and phone calls
  • Focusing on booking appointments and sales calls, but also encouraging prospects to join the top of funnel marketing and awareness efforts such as events
  • Eventually conducting full sales calls, encouraging and selling potential customers on our program

A successful candidate will have a very strong background in conducting sales efforts, including

  • Successful cold calling in high volume
  • Cold email and SMS outreach
  • Handling objections
  • Prioritizing and consistently following up with leads (not giving up!)
  • Booking appointments and sales calls
  • Conducting and delivering demos and sales calls

Please understand that our target market is business owners and leaders looking to hire and recruit talent to grow their businesses and improve profitability. It is a plus if you can demonstrate experience working in this area.

You will be working remotely for a US-based business with US-based clients, but you will be a part of a team located in the Philippines. This is a full time role and requires you to commit all of your working time to this position and company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Utilizing the Zoho CRM to receive, prioritize, and manage leads and prospects
  • Maintaining good records of your sales activity in the Zoho CRM
  • Working alongside a lead/company researcher to generate and enrich leads for your efforts
  • Consistently outreaching and following up with the same candidates
  • Tracking your success and progress, identifying ways to improve
  • Taking feedback from your sales leader and proactively working on your delivery and objection handling
  • Develop, manage, and execute all content strategies for marketing
  • Learning how to consult with your potential customers and help them understand our offering
  • Formulate new outreach ideas for messaging and tactics that the team can try
  • Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, collaboration, motivation, and accountability with remote work

Requirements

  • Strong English speaking, writing, and comprehension
  • Speak English clearly without a strong accent
  • 3+ years working in a similar role to produce English content.
  • Formal sales training is a plus
  • Experience selling within the RPO, outsourcing, and staffing industries
  • Experience in a CRM such as Zoho
  • Experience using standard office and document processing software such as Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Strong internet connection and full remote work setup (monitor, strong computer, web camera, microphone or headset)
  • Working with the team live based on the USA time zone

Benefits

  • Base plus commission
  • 13th month pay available beginning at the 1st anniversary or work
  • 5% planned salary increase at the end of month 4, based on outstanding performance. 
  • A 5% additional salary increase is available at the end of month 7, based on outstanding performance
  • Holiday & Time Off: Employee can take a total of 8 days off per year for Holidays and can choose between US Holidays and their country’s holidays based on their personal needs and the business’s needs.
  • Paid Time Off: Employee will earn paid time off based on tenure with the business. They will be granted 3 days of annual PTO for every 6 months they have been retained with the business up to 12 total days of PTO.
  • Work Schedule:
    Mountain Standard Time / Mountain Daylight Time
    Monday through Friday
    8 am to 5 pm with 1 hour of time off for lunch
