We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Virtual Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities, target key markets, and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive threats, and develop targeted strategies and approaches to engage with prospects.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and participation in industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop customized solutions and proposals that address client needs and objectives.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, managing the entire sales cycle and ensuring a seamless transition to the client onboarding process.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, pitches, and product demonstrations to prospective clients, articulating value propositions, addressing objections, and showcasing the benefits of our products or services.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies, revenue targets, and profitability goals.
- Track and analyze sales metrics, pipeline activity, and performance indicators, providing regular reports and updates to management on progress towards sales targets and key milestones.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, and leverage insights to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in CRM software, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
