This role is pivotal in expanding our reach and fostering strong relationships with key partners in the accounting and finance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and target potential accounting and finance firm clients in the US, Canada, and the UK.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within accounting and financial firms.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to promote our services and products.
- Market Research and Strategy Development:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the accounting industry.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaboration and Team Leadership:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members and support their professional development.
