Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive with 3-5 years of proven success in client pitching and onboarding. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects & clients, understanding their needs, and effectively onboarding them onto our platform. Fluency in English is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver compelling pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services and addressing their specific needs and pain points.
  • Contact prospective clients through cold calls, email, or any other media communication to introduce our services and identify potential opportunities.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Prepare and present tailored solutions or proposals to clients, showcasing how our products or services can meet their needs and deliver tangible benefits.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with both client and company objectives.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, guiding them through the setup and implementation process and ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to inform our client engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of success in client pitching and onboarding.
  • Fluent in English, (min. C2 level of English competency)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Negotiation skills and business acumen, with the ability to drive mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
