Branding Designer - Real Estate Development Project

Job Description

We are partnering with a real estate development company that is about to launch a large-scale new project. They are looking to fully develop the brand identity for this project, and we are seeking a talented Branding Designer to lead the creative direction and execution of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a complete brand identity for a new real estate project, including logo, typography, color palette, and visual style.
• Create branding guidelines and ensure consistent visual application across all materials.
• Design brand assets for presentations, signage, renderings, printed materials, and digital content.
• Collaborate with internal teams and directly with the client to ensure the brand aligns with the project’s vision and target audience.
• Present concepts and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality, production-ready files and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in branding design, ideally with real estate or architectural projects.

• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity development and visual storytelling.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in english language

• Ability to manage timelines, revisions, and expectations with clients.

• Availability to begin discussions and project planning in the near term.
