Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand sales channels. This role suits a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a strategic business development and sales plan.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and potential partnerships.
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing B2B clients
  • Leading negotiations and preparing tailored commercial offers and presentations.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to support go-to-market initiatives.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Supporting the company’s expansion into new customer segments or geographies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development – ideally in food, FMCG, horeca, or foodtech sectors.
  • A proven track record of acquiring and managing key accounts or business partnerships.
  • Strong commercial instincts combined with a hands-on approach.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, in both Polish and English.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to have:

  • Experience scaling food or FMCG products across new markets.
  • An existing network in retail, horeca, or foodservice sectors.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, D2C channels, or marketplace sales.
