Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative for afull-service consulting firm specializing in digital transformation, with expertise in cloud optimization, data security, digital workspaces, enterprise infrastructure, and more.
This role is crucial in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our organization. You will be responsible for outreach efforts, nurturing leads, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve our growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in cold calling to generate new leads.
- 70-80% of workload is cold-calling while 20-30 will be generating new leads.
- Manage 2 LinkedIn accounts and make 5-10 LinkedIn posts per week.
- Assist with content creation, overseen by the client and another colleague.
- Qualify leads by assessing potential clients' needs and fit for our services.
- Maintain a database of prospects and track progress in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English skills.
- Motivated and hungry to make cold calls.
- Experience with cold calling and sales.
- Is a self-starter; can find problems and suggest solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage leads and sales processes.
- A passion for building relationships and driving business growth.
- Availability to work during specific hours based on client needs.
