We're looking for an agile and highly motivated Data Migration Engineer / Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Athens or work remotely. What You'll Do:

  • Study, extract, and analyze data from various data sources, elaborating a quality data analysis;
  • Create an inventory of all data that needs to be migrated;
  • Provide technical support for the smooth and efficient data migration process;
  • Create test cases for the migration testing and verification;
  • Create relevant business and technical documentation;
  • Automate the migration process through CI tools (e.g. Jenkins);
  • Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of migrated data;
  • Collaborate in a multinational environment, adhering to highly professional standards and methods.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT or other related fields;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Experience as a business/data analyst;
  • Experience with modern database systems (MSQL, Postgres);
  • Software development experience using statistical computer languages (Python), including programming skills in JAVA and SQL;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
  • Experience with ETL (Extract, transform, load) and ELT methods, for data extraction and manipulation.
