Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in scaling our internal operations and revenue growth as we expand our organization and field sales presence. Reporting directly to both the COO and CEO, this individual will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and ensuring our sales strategies are poised for exponential growth. The ideal candidate will consistently challenge the status quo, asking, "How can we 10x?"

Main Responsibilities:

Flexible Business Operation Support: Perform supporting duties for the CEO and COO across a wide range of business functions, ensuring timing and well-managed execution of assigned tasks.

Account and Lead Distribution: Develop and implement efficient processes for distributing accounts and leads to the sales team, ensuring optimal coverage and maximizing sales opportunities.

Quotas, Target Setting, and Compensation Design: Collaborate with leadership to establish realistic yet ambitious sales quotas and targets. Design and refine compensation structures that align with company objectives and motivate high performance.

Business Insights and Dashboards: Utilize tools like Tableau to create and maintain dashboards that provide actionable business insights. Monitor key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Strategy and Capacity Planning: Lead strategic initiatives related to capacity planning, ensuring the sales organization is equipped to meet current and future demands. Conduct ad hoc analysis to support board presentations and executive decision-making.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in business operations, sales operations, or a related field, preferably within a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, particularly Tableau, with a proven ability to translate data into strategic insights.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated experience in capacity planning, quota setting, and designing compensation models that drive performance.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
  • Growth Mindset: A proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement and a focus on scalability and efficiency.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel and engage with local teams and clients as needed.
