Position Overview

As a Sales Development Representative - Manufacturing, you will be pivotal in guiding clients toward successful adoption of artificial intelligence. From understanding their unique needs to designing customized projects and supporting their integration, you will play a strategic role that blends technical expertise with exceptional relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying Needs and Building Trust:

  • Meet with new clients to gain a deep understanding of their processes, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Clearly articulate the added value of Maneva's AI solutions and how they address specific client issues.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including technical and strategic decision-makers.

Designing and Planning Tailored Solutions:

  • Analyze existing workflows to identify opportunities for improved productivity, quality, or efficiency using our technologies.
  • Develop actionable proposals and project plans aligned with client priorities and needs.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to turn these plans into practical, measurable solutions.

Overseeing Integration and Ensuring Project Success:

  • Lead the deployment phase, ensuring effective coordination between Maneva teams and clients.
  • Provide real-time support and adjustments to ensure a smooth transition and desired outcomes.
  • Maintain long-term client satisfaction through post-deployment support and ongoing performance analysis.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in industrial or manufacturing environments, ideally within food, wood, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Deep understanding of operational challenges, particularly in quality, efficiency, and continuity. - Proven experience in client relationship management, project coordination, or technical solution sales.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences and influence high-level stakeholders.
  • Methodical, results-driven approach with a proven ability to solve problems and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience with implementing artificial intelligence or innovative technologies is a distinct advantage.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn about vision AI applications, and develop the ability to translate technical benefits into client-focused value propositions.
  • Travel Requirement: Ability and willingness to drive and travel to client sites as needed.
