Job Description

We are seeking a highly-skilled, experienced designer and editor to join our marketing team. Successful candidates will have a strong background in design with at least three years of experience creating designs and editing video/audio for marketing and sales teams based on the requirements outlined.

 

You will work alongside the founder of the business to

  • Refine the visual aspects of our brand and designs
  • Develop baseline brand guidelines
  • Create a library of brand assets
  • Develop brand templates and guides inside platforms like Canva
  • Work alongside the marketing and sales team to develop supporting assets including social posts, website graphics, imagery, video intro/outro, short video edits, audio edits for podcasts, and more.

 

You must have strong proficiency in a number of design tools to complete the work above. It is required that you have the ability to use an AI-powered tool such as Canva to streamline your work and amplify output.  

 

You will be designing for the Western Culture. Our customers primarily live within the United States. You must demonstrate proficiency here.

 

Please understand that our target market is business owners and business leaders who are looking to hire and recruit talent to grow their businesses and improve their profitability. It is a plus if you can demonstrate experience developing designs successfully targeting such customers.

 

You will be working remotely for a US-based business with US-based clients, but you will be a part of a team located in the Philippines. This is a full-time role and requires you to commit all of your working time to this position and company.

Requirements

  • Strong English speaking, writing, and comprehension
  • 3+ years working in a similar role to produce English content.
  • Experience developing marketing automation and email marketing strategies.
  • Experience with various influencer research and outreach platforms (and the ability to make recommendations on one to test)
  • An existing network of influencers.
  • Experience using standard office and document processing software such as Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • Zoho CRM experience is a plus.
  • Strong internet connection and full remote work setup (monitor, strong computer, web camera, microphone, or headset)
