Our client is looking to hire a talented and experienced Retention Marketing Manager to lead and ensure lucrative long-term relationships with our clients and help build the business’ overall customer management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Customer Relationship Systems, Structures and KPI metrics to further establish growth of customer commitment and interests. The role will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to boost our company’s market presence and increase customer engagement. Requirements
Job Description:
- Creates highly segmented, personalized, and targeted marketing campaigns to promote profitable long-term relationships with existing and potential clients;
- Manages/Supervises the formulation of CRM strategies and programs/campaigns and ensures that they stay aligned with the company’s overall objectives;
- Consistently evaluates the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and analyzes customer data - which includes consumer behavior, engagement, rewards redemptions, user experience analyses, as well as business performance metrics and further assess the needs for improvement in the company’s existing CRM campaigns;
- Conducts thorough research on trends within the beauty industry sector and identifies emerging opportunities to develop CRM strategies;
- Collaborates closely with the Sales and Marketing Teams by engaging in consumer acquisition and retention strategies that complement and support sales and marketing efforts;
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned
Core Competencies and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, major in Computer Science, Marketing, Business/ Management, Technology, Communications
- At least 3+ years of professional, extensive experience as a Retention Marketing Manager or relevant roles, with knowledge in analytical and CRM systems
- Familiar with the latest digital marketing methods as well as the best practices
- Strong working knowledge and experience in planning and executing end-to-end marketing projects
- Beauty and Fashion industry experience preferred
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Receptiveness to feedback and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong in retention and email/sms marketing, preferably Klaviyo.
