The Opportunity:
Imagine leading eCommerce projects for a premier growth marketing firm that partners with over 250 top consumer brands. As an eCommerce Project Manager, you will coordinate and execute strategies that elevate clients’ online presence. Collaborate with a team dedicated to delivering comprehensive eCommerce solutions, including design, development, and digital marketing. Your ability to translate client needs into actionable tasks and build strong client relationships will be essential in guiding clients through successful eCommerce projects, ensuring their digital storefronts thrive in a competitive marketplace.
Your Mission:
- Client Liaison 📞: Engage with clients to understand their eCommerce needs and document requirements
- Project Organizer 📁: Create and manage detailed project plans in Asana, outlining tasks, timelines, and responsibilities
- Task Translator 📝: Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development and design teams
- Timeline Manager ⏰: Develop and communicate project timelines to clients, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and deadlines
- Proactive Communicator 📧: Follow up with clients to obtain necessary information and materials, addressing any delays or issues promptly
- Quality Assurance Inspector 🔍: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and maintain high-quality standards
Who You Are:
- eCommerce Expert 🛒: Extensive experience managing eCommerce projects, with a deep understanding of online retail operations
- Organized Planner 📅: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Proficient in Tools 🛠️: Skilled in using Asana, Google Drive, and other project management platforms
