About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Head of PPC to join our team. The role comes with the responsibility of looking after a small team across a digital media company, which operates SEO & PPC focused brands across the crypto & iGaming verticals.

As a growing company, the responsibilities will be varied, and this role will be right for you if you are able to work at a strategic & managerial level in marketing and you aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the day-to-day execution. As this is a senior role, you must be proactive, decisive, and comfortable working autonomously.

Key accountabilities

  • Ownership of marketing performance across PPC
  • Planning & creating PPC marketing strategies & plans to meet agreed objectives and KPIs
  • Delivering upon the PPC marketing plan & strategy
  • Line management of a small marketing team across PPC
  • Strategising, planning & delivering upon marketing initiatives to grow performance
  • Driving and empowering the team to create a high performing marketing team
  • Setting team goals and workflows to meet agreed company goals
  • Ownership of marketing team performance and growth
  • Analysis of company performance and funnel to derive improvements and new initiatives
  • Reporting on performance in line with KPIs

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a PPC focused role
  • Demonstrable small team managerial experience
  • A solid understanding of PPC and experience delivering PPC campaigns
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels, and how to improve them
  • Strong commercial acumen and data analysis skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and own projects from start to finish
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and manage a large workload
  • Knowledge of SEO & PPC tools such as Google Analytics / SEMrush
  • Experience in affiliate marketing
  • Great communicator of critical information

  • Google Ads Editor
  • Semrush (or similar)
