We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our online retail projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing e-commerce initiatives, from planning and execution to post-launch optimization. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of various e-commerce platforms and technologies, and driving continuous improvement in our online sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for e-commerce initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce, marketing, and IT teams to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of e-commerce platforms, such as 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗳𝘆, 𝗪𝗼𝗼𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲, 𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼.
  • Coordinate the integration of various e-commerce tools and technologies (e.g., payment gateways, analytics, content management systems).
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Analyze e-commerce performance data and recommend optimization strategies to enhance user experience, conversion rates, and revenue.
  • Implement best practices for project management, change management, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and support to the e-commerce team on the use of project management tools and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an E-commerce Project Manager or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing e-commerce projects from ideation to execution.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, such as 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗳𝘆, 𝗪𝗼𝗼𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲, 𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies, such as 𝗔𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗲, 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗺, 𝗼𝗿 𝗞𝗮𝗻𝗯𝗮𝗻.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools (𝗲.𝗴., 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀, 𝗠𝗶𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗹, 𝗦𝗲𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁)
  • Experience in digital marketing and optimization strategies, such as SEO, PPC, and A/B testing.
  • A bachelor's degree in e-commerce, project management, or a related field is preferred.
