Requirements

Tele- Sales Executive Job Description

  • Creating a positive Brand Image in the minds of new prospective clients
  • Contact clients by phone to offer or persuade them to purchase the services
  • Explain the advantages and features of the service being sold to stimulate the client's interest
  • Answer client's questions about the service being offered
  • Explain products or services and prices, estimate or final cost of sale
  • Coordinating with sales executive and the client till the deal is closed Meeting daily/ weekly/ monthly targets
  • Maintaining follow-up data working on Follow-up data Maintaining MIS and data for future course of action

Desired Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge of methods involved in promoting, and selling products or services
  • Basic Computer Knowledge and Excel skills
  • Capable to do a sales pitch
  • Languages known- Tamil
  • The ability to speak clearly so that it is understandable to a client. Sales strategies and sales techniques
  • BYOD(Bring your device)
  • Experience required: 0.6 - 1 Years
